COMMUNITY STRUCTURE
Metro Fire RP is designed to separate operational leadership from community management, allowing members to progress within their chosen organisation without unnecessary responsibilities.
OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE
Departmental ranks exist purely for operational purposes. They represent your experience, training and responsibilities within your chosen organisation.
A Fire Captain is responsible for leading firefighters and managing incidents within Fire & Rescue. This rank does not provide authority over other departments or the wider community.
Members can progress through their selected career pathway without being forced into community management roles.
A member can become highly experienced within their department while continuing to focus purely on roleplay.
Every member has the freedom to choose how they contribute to Metro Fire RP.
Whether serving as emergency personnel, dispatch, or a civilian, every role helps build the community.
COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP
Community leadership operates separately from departmental structures. Administrative positions exist to support the wider server and are appointed based on the current needs of Metro Fire RP.
Administrators may come from any background within the community. They could be a Battalion Chief, a Fire Cadet, a Police Officer, or a Civilian member. Their appointment is based on their skills, reliability and ability to support the community.
The Administration Team manages the wider direction of Metro Fire RP including development, policies, planning and community growth.
Moderators maintain a safe and enjoyable environment across Discord and FiveM by handling rule violations and disruptive behaviour.
Issues outside of a department's Chain of Command are handled through community moderation.
